The RACI company was founded in 1994 as the Technology Transfer Centre supported by the Slovenian Ministry of Science and Technology. The motive for its foundation stemmed from long-standing activities of Slovenian Jožef Stefan Institute in the field of combustion processes control, i.e. the O₂ control. RACI operates within the framework of the Ljubljana Technology Park.

RACI is acting in the field of energy/ecology engineering. Main activities concern emission and process gas measurements as well as development, consulting, installation, commissioning, calibration and maintenance of systems for continuous and discontinuous measurement of gases and emissions (AMS, AES, CEMS). World-wide renowned and proven analytical equipment produced by ABB, Ankersmid, BEKO, BÜHLER, DURAG, ENOTEC, INTERTEC, JCT, MICHELL Instruments, Paul Gothe, PCME, SIEMENS, S.K.I. and others is integrated in RACI measuring solutions. With long-term experience in the field of gas analysis in processes and emission RACI company is able to offer contemporary, proven and robust automatic measuring systems (AMS) with competent solutions, low costs of ownership, high reliability and availability as well as high quality i.e. reliability, comparability and traceability of measurements.

RACI company has registered activities in the field of measurements, development, engineering, production, marketing and can offer its customers complete and competent turnkey solutions of:

• automated measuring systems (AMS),
• automated evaluation systems (AES),
• discontinuous and continuous emission monitoring systems (CEMS),
• monitoring of the emission of substances into the atmosphere from stationary pollution sources,
• continuous and discontinuous gas analyses in combustion, processes and emissions,
• continuous and discontinuous measurements of dust.

Our goal is a trademark that guarantees competent solutions, high quality of delivered automatic measuring systems, availability of plants as well as high quality and traceability of measurements.

Testing laboratory Merilni laboratorij RACI is accredited according to SIST EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and is authorized by the Slovenian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (Authorization No. 35421-15/2009-2) to perform monitoring of the emission of substances into the atmosphere. Inspection body Kontrolni organ RACI is accredited according to SIST EN ISO/IEC 17020:2004 and is authorized by the Slovenian Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning (Authorization No. 35421-14/2009-2) to perform calibrations and annual surveillance tests of automated measuring systems for emission of substances into the atmosphere.
